SEMIHOW was founded in 2002 by engineers with more than a decade of experience
in power semiconductor design, fab process technology, and fab production
at Samsung Semiconductor. The company brought high-voltage MOSFETs
into volume production from 2005 and has since expanded across low-voltage
trench MOSFET, thyristor, IGBT, shield-gate trench, and super-junction device families.

Planar MOSFET(Gen 5)
500V to 1500V for household lighting, LED modules,

Diode
Fast recovery, Schottky barrier, and bridge diodes for power

supply units. Applications served include mobile chargers and
adapters, consumer electronics, PCs, EV chargers, networking
and server equipment, and LED lighting.
