Privacy Policy
his English text is provided for the convenience of readers. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
Mujin Electronics Co., Ltd. ("the Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA") of the Republic of Korea, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and effectively.
Article 1 (Purposes and Categories of Processing)
he Company processes personal information for the purposes set out below and does not use it for any other purpose.

The Company does not operate membership registration, online payment, or the sale and delivery of goods through this website, and does not collect personal information for those purposes.
Article 2 (Retention Periods)

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company does not process personal information beyond the scope set out in Article 1, nor provide it to third parties. Personal information is provided to a third party only where the data subject has consented or where specifically permitted by law.
Article 4 (Outsourcing of Processing)
The Company entrusts the following personal information processing tasks in order to carry out its business:

When entering into an outsourcing agreement, the Company specifies in writing the prohibition on processing personal information for purposes other than the entrusted task, technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on sub-processing, supervision of the processor, and liability for damages, and supervises whether the processor handles personal information securely. Any change to the entrusted task or the processor will be disclosed through this Policy without delay.
Article 5 (Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
1. A data subject may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information, and may withdraw consent.
2. Such requests may be made in writing, by telephone, by email or by facsimile, and the Company will act on them without delay.
3. Requests may be made through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases a letter of authority in the form prescribed by the Notice on Methods of Processing Personal Information (Form No. 11) must be submitted.
4. Requests for access and for suspension of processing may be restricted under Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of PIPA.
5. Where a request for correction or deletion has been made, the Company will not use or provide the personal information concerned until the request has been fulfilled.
Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
1. The Company destroys personal information without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
2. Where personal information must continue to be retained under other laws after the retention period has expired, it is transferred to a separate database or stored in a separate location.
3. Personal information held in electronic form is permanently deleted by means that prevent recovery. Personal information recorded on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Security Measures)
1. **Administrative measures**: establishment and implementation of an internal management plan; minimisation of personnel handling personal information and regular training.
2. **Technical measures**: management of access rights to personal information processing systems; access control; encryption of personal information; installation and updating of security software.
3. **Physical measures**: access control to document storage rooms and record storage areas.
Article 8 (Automatic Collection Devices and How to Refuse Them)
1. The Company automatically collects IP addresses, dates and times of access, and access logs for the purposes of website operation and security management.
2. Cookies may be used in the course of using this website. A cookie is a small amount of information sent by a web server to the user's browser and stored on the user's device. In addition to cookies set by the Company, cookies may be set and access information collected by the provider entrusted with operating the website or by third-party services embedded in the site, such as maps.
3. Users may refuse the storage of cookies, or delete cookies already stored, through their web browser settings. The relevant settings are found under Privacy and security (Chrome), Cookies and site permissions (Edge) and Privacy (Safari); the exact location may vary by version.
4. Refusing cookies does not prevent browsing of this website, although the use of certain functions may be limited.

1. The Company has designated a Chief Privacy Officer with overall responsibility for personal information processing and for handling complaints and providing remedies in connection with such processing.

2. Data subjects may direct any enquiry, complaint or request for remedy relating to personal information protection to the contact above. The Company will respond and act without delay.

Article 11 (Matters Not Applicable)
The Company does not transfer personal information overseas, process pseudonymized information, process sensitive information or unique identifying information, or make automated decisions. Should any such processing arise, this Policy will be amended and disclosed in advance.
Article 12 (Effective Date and Amendment)
1. This Privacy Policy takes effect on 2026.09.01.
2. Where applicable law, government policy or the Company's processing practices change, the Company will give notice of the change through this website at least seven days before it takes effect.
